AeroPro Solutions provides mobile aircraft maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- •Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency services
- •Routine line maintenance and inspections
- •Safety and compliance inspections
- •Avionics diagnostics and repairs
- •Mobile field service operations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your aircraft, maintenance needs, and contact details.
Authorized Use
Use our services only if you are the aircraft owner or authorized representative with proper authority to request maintenance services.
Compliance
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including FAA regulations.
Payment
Make timely payment for all services rendered according to our payment terms and agreed-upon rates.
4. Service Terms and Limitations
Important Notice
While we strive to provide prompt service, response times may vary based on location, availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Emergency AOG services are subject to technician availability and may incur additional fees.
All services are performed in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. We reserve the right to decline service if safety concerns exist or if proper authorization cannot be verified.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- •Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- •We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved credit accounts
- •Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
- •Emergency services may require advance payment or credit card authorization
6. Liability and Warranties
We maintain appropriate insurance and certifications for all services provided. However:
Warranty
All work is warranted for 90 days from the date of service completion, subject to normal use and proper maintenance. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or operational downtime beyond our direct control.
Insurance
All technicians are covered by appropriate liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Cancellation Policy
Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency AOG dispatches that are cancelled after technician deployment may incur dispatch and travel charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AeroPro Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroPro Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any customer at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, non-payment, or if we determine that providing service poses a safety risk or legal liability.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
